Gary joined Mercer & Hole in April 2001 from the Owner Managed Business department of KPMG and became a partner in 2002. Based in the Milton Keynes office, Gary manages a busy portfolio of clients including owner managed businesses and UK subsidiaries providing audit, accountancy and business advisory services. Gary has a hands on approach to his business start-ups to guide them through their tricky growth phases. His help not only includes accounting and taxation advice, which is essential, but also includes the sourcing of finance if required.

With extensive experience of working for partnerships, Gary has built up specialist knowledge in Solicitors’ Accounts Rules. The provision of services to solicitor’s firms is an important area for Mercer & Hole and Gary heads up the unit acting for solicitors across the firm. He also acts for a number of independent schools and charities.

Gary lives in Milton Keynes and has worked in the area for over 20 years building up valuable links with the local community. He is married with two young children who have rather curtailed, for now, his love of travelling.
